Have you completed the requirements to catch them? Here's the list. taken from: http://harvestmoonparadise.com/hmpb/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.181 King Fish: there are also 6 King Fish you can catch. You must have the level 6 [cursed] fishing rod or higher to catch them. They also have specific requirements for them to appear as well. Here is a list of the 6 king fish Name:Jp. Huchen Level Fishing Rod:6 Location:Downstream Requirement: Have the Sushi, Sashimi, and Grilled Fish recipies in your Recipe Book. Name:Monkfish Level Fishing Rod:6 Location:Sea Requirement:Fish between 10pm and 8am. You can only catch this fish during the Winter and Spring. Name:Catfish Level Fishing Rod:6 Location:Hot Spring Requirement:No special requirements (possibly Winter only). Name:Carp level Fishing Rod:6 Location:Lake Requirment:Ship 200 fish. Catch it during the Spring, Summer, or Fall. Name:Coelacanth Level Fishing Rod:6 Location:Winter Mine Requirement: Catch the other 5 kings, then dig down to the 9th floor of the Winter Mine and fish in the pond that's down there. Name:Squid Level Fishing Rod:6 Location:Sea Requirement:Throw a small fish into the water, then use your level 6 fishing rod during Spring, Summer, or Fall. | ||
